Joel founded the studio in 2019 after years shooting weddings, editorial, and commercial across Texas. What started as a side project — helping a friend market a Stone Oak listing — became the realization that real estate deserved the same cinematic discipline luxury hospitality had been using for decades.
Today he personally shoots the majority of our luxury listings, edits in-house, and pilots every drone flight himself. Quietly obsessed with the light and the craft.
